From the first time you call or email us, we treat you like a valued customer - because you are, and we love to learn about your trash.
We pride ourselves on excellent communication in all channels - phone, email, web, social. We’ve been working in trash containerization since 2012, so we can answer most questions, and if we can’t, we’ll find out the answer. Our proposals are easy to read, with clear pricing. We provide customers the information they need to make a buying decision.

The service leading up to purchase is as good as the service after purchase.

Here’s what you can expect on installation day.

• CITIBIN vans are attractively-wrapped and clean. From the second our installation team drives up, you’ll feel the professionalism.
• Team members wear branded shirts, so you’ll always know who’s from CITIBIN without asking.
• We unload all the boxes from the van.
• We do all leveling, so your CITIBINs will sit smoothly on your property.
• After leveling, the installers place the bases. For a 3-module, there are 3 bases. For a 7-module, there are 7.
• CITIBIN is prefabricated and ready-to-install, which means that assembly follows the same repeatable process.  Our installers have followed this process hundreds of times.
• If you’ve ordered signs, we’ll put them up for you.
• Have cans? We’ll put your cans in your new CITIBIN to complete the setup.
• We remove the boxes, sweep, and answer any questions you may have.
• We’ll stay in touch post installation and available for anything that comes up, from moving your CITIBIN to opening mechanisms.
